Purchased a new Iphone in January, downloading the app is not possible, upon inquiry it appears that a new app is coming and that it will soon be available in the app store. Okay can happen. We are now more than 2 months further and still nothing is ready. Then we will take the Samsung tablet to the fair next Saturday. Unfortunately, the app has not been synchronized since September, so pick that up first. Grab another Samsung tablet, then we put the app on it. Google Play there and nowhere to find the app.

In the meantime, my patience is running out. Ever since the gentlemen of Catawiki started auctions, I have the feeling that they forget the collectors from the very beginning. Large groups are active on Catawiki because they can use an app and this works very well at trade fairs or when making purchases. But why is it all going to take so long now? My fun in Catawiki is over. In recent months I no longer dare to add items, because the added value for me is the app.

I would like to get a satisfactory answer and no response that it all takes a little longer. Sorry but you are now a million company but now very much let us down.

Yes, I share your frustration, I was very pleased with Catawiki in the first years and when the app was launched, it only got more fun. But the fun has been going on in recent months. If you now have 1/4 of the collection on CW, you can no longer get this part out at a fair. I also find it very unfortunate that people are no longer open to points for improvement during input and in the excel file to be exported. But we'll wait, there is a fair on Saturday, where I would really like to work with my tablet including the CW app.

I have had a response, the app for the Ipad will be coming soon, the latest changes will be processed and then the app will be offered to Apple. Then the app for Android will be tackled. So please be patient. I myself went to a fair yesterday without an app. Fortunately, there was a WiFi connection to the internet at this location, so I could still view my collection and search lists.
