We hebben een nieuwe contactpagina waar je persoonlijk wordt geholpen met vragen over Catawiki. Die vragen kunnen natuurlijk over van alles gaan, maar zeker voor deelnemers aan veilingen is die pagina dé plek om te communiceren met de medewerkers van Catawiki. Gebruikers van dit forum kunnen en mogen op dat soort vragen namelijk zelden een rechtsgeldig antwoord geven. De nieuwe afspraak die we hier dus met elkaar maken is, dat het forum qua veilingopmerkingen en/of veilingklachten alleen nog mag worden gebruikt voor softwarebugs op de site of voor het melden van incorrecte beschrijvingen van kavels. Al mag dat laatste ook gewoon via de contactpagina.
Hoe werkt het? De contactpagina is opgezet volgens het zogenaamde funnel-concept, zeg maar een soort trechter. Hoe meer correcte info je verstrekt, hoe sneller je bij de juiste contactpersoon terechtkomt. Vergelijk het met de telefonische robots bij grote bedrijven, die je via een menu vragen om cijfers in te tikken op je telefoon. De denkbeeldige trechter wordt door het verstrekken van info steeds nauwer, en dus is het steeds waarschijnlijker dat je bij de juiste contactpersoon uitkomt. En dus sneller antwoord krijgt op je vraag.
Afhankelijk van het onderwerp dat je als eerste kiest, krijg je ook nog eens een selectie te zien van de veelgestelde vragen. Met een beetje geluk staat jouw vraag met het antwoord ertussen en hoef je dus zelfs geen nieuwe vraag te stellen. De lijst met veelgestelde vragen wordt steeds langer, dus hoe meer er met de contactpagina wordt gewerkt, hoe groter de kans dat het antwoord op jouw vraag daar al tussen staat.
Nieuwe wensen op het gebied van veilingen kan je trouwens hier kwijt. Naar alle wensen wordt serieus gekeken, maar uiteraard wordt er ook gekeken naar de hoeveelheid gebruikers die jouw specifieke wens ondersteunen door erop te stemmen.
