Als een verkoper een item in bezit heeft waarvan hij denkt dat het meer dan 100€ waard is, maar de veilingmeester heeft een andere mening, dan is de verkoper verplicht om het aan minder dan 75€ te verkopen. (de veilingmeester krijgt zo absolute macht over de prijs)

Ben het hier ook niet mee eens. Voorheen, als koper, kon ik een bepaald (duur) item bestellen bij een shop, met de zekerheid dat ik dus de koper ben. Dat kan nu dus niet meer, tenzij via de veiling en dan maar afwachten of je wel de koper bent, met extra kosten voor zowel verkoper als koper erbij.
Je hebt dus minder mogelijkheden dan voorheen met deze nieuwe regeling. Slechte zaak, dit. Dit duwt de handel van CW shops naar andere verkoop platforms (mag geen namen noemen).
