What to do if you bought and paid for a lot and nothing comes in. Questions via e-mail also do not generate any responses. Both the seller and Catawiki do not reply to my emails.

Have you sent a message to the relevant auctioneer?

I sent an email to the seller and that c.c. to the safekeeper. There was no response. Then I sent an email to info @ catawiki, because I cannot find an email address where you can go with complaints and there is no response.

Each auction has a direct mail link to the auctioneer. Also try this way.

Ted, Natascha,

In the meantime, the safety officer has contacted the seller and he has promised to send my item as soon as possible. Thanks for your comments.

I had the same problem. Bought Vass, no delivery, no response, not even from Catawiki.

Dear Ouolof,

I understand from the auctioneer that the seller was experiencing a number of technical problems and that he intends to contact you shortly. My colleague has already informed you about this.

We have now moved on for quite some time, the seller has a different excuse every week and Catawiki continues to believe in him. While I did pay to Catawiki and now, now it turns out that the seller is a scammer, I should have just refunded my money.

I will wait another week and if I still don't get my money back then it's time for a lawyer. But it is really a shame, I have never experienced this with buying online

Dear Van-Uchelen,

We had agreed with the seller that he would arrange this with you and refund the amount to you.

Unfortunately this is until now has not happened yet and to avoid further delay, we will refund the money to you today.

We will continue to deal with this with the seller.
