Just want to pay with ideal, I get to see this at the 2nd step

Select payment account (step 2 of 4)

Select the subscription and payment account with which you want to make the iDEAL payment.

account number with balance can be seen below.

Does anyone know if this is new, I canceled as this was not the case before but you could pay right away.

Who knows if this was introduced recently, because I've never seen this before.

Jilles An IBAN payment is simply a transfer (via internet banking) from the buyer's account to the seller's account. As far as I know this has been around longer than Ideal, so maybe you mean something different. After all, we all have an IBAN number in the Netherlands (over 18).
