Het valt me op dat er soms zeer slechte foto's of scans worden geplaatst. Het artikel staat er scheef op of is niet bijgeknipt. Daarbij blijkt het vaak te gaan om invoer door een verkoper. Dat geeft mij het idee dat deze mensen er niet op uit zijn om de catalogus zo goed mogelijk aan te vullen en daarnaast eens wat uit hun verzameling te verkopen maar het slechts om verkoop gaat. Ik heb al eens een reactie naar zo'n aanbieder gestuurd maar het komt vaker voor waardoor ik dat niet altijd kan doen. Ik weet ook niet of ik dat mag.
Zelf doe ik mijn best om zo goed mogelijke scans te maken en bij opmerkingen van andere gebruikers zal ik altijd een aanpassing doorvoeren. Ik hoop dat deze (ge)(mis)bruikers hierop aangesproken worden of zonodig worden geblokkeerd voordat Catawiki vol staat met slechte foto's waar de echte verzamelaar of geinteresseerde niets aan heeft.

I notice that sometimes very bad photos or scans are posted. The item is skewed or not trimmed. This often turns out to be input by a seller. That gives me the idea that these people are not out to supplement the catalog as well as possible and also to sell something from their collection, but it is only about sales. I have already sent a response to such a provider, but it happens more often, so I cannot always do that. I also don't know if I can.
I do my best to make the best possible scans and I will always make an adjustment in the case of comments from other users. I hope that these (ge) (mis) users will be addressed about this or, if necessary, blocked before Catawiki is full of bad photos that are of no use to the real collector or interested person.

Slechte afbeeldingen en karig ingevoerde velden baren iedereen hier zorgen. Zodra we merken dat iemand er een loopje mee neemt, wordt er gemaild en eventueel verwijderd. Er zijn trouwens genoeg shops die netjes invoeren, hoor. Maar er zijn ook normale gebruikers die het niet zo nauw nemen. We hebben alle smaken in huis. Wel is het zo dat de catalogus voorop staat en dat je daar dan óók uit kunt verkopen. In die volgorde.
De richtlijn voor afbeeldingen is standaard dat het item herkenbaar moet zijn en dat je de eventuele tekst op die afbeeldingen moet kunnen lezen. Zoniet, dan staat het item snel op de nominatie om weggeknikkerd te worden.
