Video games/Appointments: Region1 message

Currently the dropdown menu only contains:

- None / Unknown (not completed)
- NTSC-C (China)
- NTSC-J (Asia)
- NTSC U / C (North America)
- PAL (Europe and Oceania)

This should best be supplemented with the Blu-ray codes (only to be filled in if it is explicitly stated on the box or disc):

- Blu-ray Region A / 1
- Blu-ray Region B / 2
- Blu-ray Region C / 3

Proposal:

- NTSC-C (China)
- NTSC-J (Asia)
- NTSC U / C (North America)
- PAL (Europe and Oceania)
- Blu-ray Region A / 1
