You were right, there is nothing to be found about it, which is usually the case with illegal publications. They are either apparently not really collected, or the copyright holder has them removed from the net.

Maybe you can add some more information in the catalog?

For example, is it an NTSC- or PAL version? Is it a copy of the normal game or maybe a modified version? Does the title screen indicate 'Rockman 3' or 'Mega Man III', or perhaps something else? You can compare your game with the official versions via longplay videos on YouTube.
