I have a Duelist Jungle Fever Magazine (Volume 6 Issue 9) from 1999 at home including Wizards Jungle First Edition 60/64 Pikachu promo. They are still sealed and completely new, only the plastic packaging has a hole. My question is: How do I find out the true value of this magazine with the card included (both still sealed)? If you enter the title "First Edition Jungle 60/64 W-stamped Pikachu Promo with magazine" in Google you will get some nice results varying in price.

Most results are for a trading card without a magazine and have a quality mark from PSA, one of the certification companies of trading cards.

Once provided with such a hallmark, the value of a trading card increases (depending of course on the rarity and quality).
