There are several associations called Straight by Sea (pilots, korfball, archers, etc.), but it is not clear which association / organization the pin belongs to.

The logo is also very similar to the Aristona logo of Philips.

It is the coat of arms of Zeist, so presumably from the Christian Korfball Association Recht Door Zee, founded on 07-05-1941.
