you know what's useful .

if a customer or buyer places an order of more than 100 stamps or perhaps from 50 stamps, and then also from 50 countries together, then you can no longer see the country through the countries, then it would be useful if you stamp if you found it.

handy hey, but probably thought of earlier

yes certainly handy, I happened to have such a customer 280 stamps from 68 countries and everything was ordered together, that brought 34 euros, so an average of more than 0.01 cents per stamp, and after more than 5 hours of searching, I was so excited to into the air. because the handy of checking it was missing.

I have tears in my eyes now.

if anyone needs to talk about this, bring your story

throw it out

Aart (I don't think Inge will blow up her PC) with the next Giga order of nothing, just first a joint and a double whiskey (is the 'profit' well spent right away), it will be a lot easier ;-)

I know what it is, I once had an order of 45 euros of hundreds of stamps from all countries and times mixed up, no matter how well you have organized your administration, as Catawiki passes the order (all mixed up) there is no chance

It took me more than 4 hours, if you add up your own purchase, placing the stamps on catawiki, sorting out the ordered stamps again and making the shipping ticket, you are talking about an hourly wage of 20 cents :-), luckily was the feedback positive otherwise it would have been really sour ;-)

I think this is mainly an issue with stamps because the number of items in an order is much greater there than in other categories. Isn't it already a big profit if we sort the stamps in the order in the order in the order by Country and then by Year?

@Rene,

I also think it is a stamp problem, high numbers of a very low amount not only the numbers also the low selling price make large orders even if your own administration is a good drama,

Ratio time & amp; The proceeds make it voluntary work, but the order must be sent out, so prepare the order on Sunday instead of going to grandma.

Placing an order by Catawiki in order of country and year saves you an hour or 2 with a few hundred stamps, so what I am concerned it is a bit prio

I rarely get such large orders, but what sort of order is actually in those orders? I can't find any logic in it at the moment.

(And I'm afraid the frustration will affect aartinge's math skills a bit. 280 stamps at 0.01 cents would mean a total of 0.028 euros. 34: 280 = 12 cents each.)

@Bookstore,

This is mainly for stamps, many stamps cost very little 2 sometimes 3 cents what you want is that it is in proportion to your shipping costs so you order as much as possible, buying a stamp of 2 cents and 50 cents shipping costs is of course without a chance, I understand that you do not buy 280 comic books, books or CDs in one go, with stamps this is not exceptional.

In your store you often have 1,000 stamps, most of them also multiple copies, so I have several albums with stamps only for Catawiki with the countries in them on the front, all with an order of a few hundred stamps. stamps on both country and year are mixed up, even if your own administrative system is still so tight and up to date, you go through different albums every time.

This has nothing to do with a bad administration of the seller, this is the nature of the product, and the way in which the order is passed by Catawiki is not possible in order of country / year, this makes it a drama, understand exactly what aartinge means.

I understand that order is not important with an order of 10 comic books or 7 CDs

Computers don't do anything randomly, they always follow a programmed system. It may not help you, but it is still nice to know what the order of display is based on. Even if it only concerns 10 comic books.

Not random, but something like the order in which the items were placed in the shopping cart.

I thought something like that, but Sinbad was talking about

Hundreds of stamps all countries and times mixed together

Don't stamp collectors select the stamps by country when they fill their shopping cart?

Bookstore,

That is exactly why it is, sometimes everything mixed up, and with 10 pieces it is overseen, but with more than 100, I want to throw my books and stamps, then I run red , and my hair stands on end, and then I make arithmetic errors between 0.01 and 0.12 cents. and must go into the closet, and then out again, because that's where the seals are,

so what I said in the beginning, I would completely relax, and be able to count again.

I get what you mean, but I can hardly imagine someone ordering tens or hundreds of stamps in any order. Collecting is about organizing .

Yes, people do, but this usually results in a list showing the stamps that are missed, and they can therefore be mixed up.

but that is not the point either, the point is that the seller (here on Catawiki) receives a list that cannot be put in order here, so that the stamps are grouped per country.

@Bookstore:

280 stamps at 0.01 cents would make a total of 0.028 euros

Fatigue has certainly struck you too! That is still 2.80 euros (same calculation, but written differently: 280/100 == 280 x (1/100)) The second sum is good again.

I also find my wanted items in various places: then again with CDs and then again with comics. For stamps it does seem useful to give them an easy sort order. Sometimes you have seen a number of nice stamps and then other nice stamps at the same store and you place them with your order. This is how it gets mixed up.

Common mistake, but 0.01 cents is one hundredth of a cent.

This was of course 0.01 euro or: 1 cent .

and since it is not yet in order with me, and orders come in between, you sometimes get stuck,

but when I'm 65 I'm going to work on it, unless I'm already loose before that, hahahahha

Rene

Sorting by country and then by year is indeed a big step in the right direction.

Don't make it easy for us, otherwise Aart will be ready with the sale before he is sixty-five and that would be a shame. Do nothing all day.

But preferably sorted stamps, I also have to sort them first, namely
