Hi, I am blind to the stamps of 1F of Leopold III, which are now with an open collar and which are not. Does anyone know what to look at now?

On the internet I only find with "open collar" but I can see no difference with the one from 1936 which should be with "closed collar".

I don't know much about stamps, but the difference seems pretty clear to me.

Links type open collar, right type Poortman.

Hi,

They are both the red of 1F and there must be a difference in drawing.

Both are 'open collar' images of Leopold III. But the first is larger in size than the second. And the frame is also different (one consists of separate lines, the other consists of color bars).

And the text also differs, apparently: Belgique-België and Belgium-Belgique.

In any case more differences than between Carmine Red , Carmine Pink and Rose Carmine .
