as far as I'm concerned, this feedback may also be visible, after all, the commotion of feedbacks somewhat gives me an image of reliability or no reliability of a customer.

I noticed that the last 2 feedbacks received dated 16-12 -17 and 02-01-18 nav shop sales (Strips) are shown in the feedback overview of my shop, but not with the feedbacks given by those buyers.

Is this the intention or has something gone wrong with "cutting loose" the auction and shop feedbacks?

Hi Arco,

I have another problem with the feedback.

An exchange we make may consist of several orders. By combining you make 1 total. But when it comes to feedback, you all have different rules. 4 times feedback for the same exchange is a bit too much, I think. Perhaps this has been discussed before.

It is not possible to give 1 feedback per exchange (The end exchange).

Weird.....

Yesterday I received 2 feedbacks from 2 different buyers for their auction purchases.

These 2 feedbacks are visible under my feedback score with my 2 pending auction lots (100% 209 reviews, https://veiling.catawiki.nl/lots/16890717 ) but not below the feedback score from my shop (100% 212 reviews).

But the weird thing is that the feedback given is not shown with the profiles of those 2 buyers.

Also weird is that there is the 209 visible feedback ratings on my auction lots also 5 shop feedback ratings received after 11/12/17 are not displayed. This while the difference in the counter is only 3 pieces. (212 shop versus 209 auction)

Is not very clear in this way .....

Is this the intention or is something still going wrong with the feedback processing? See also my contribution under this topic of January 10, 2018.

Is the intention. And it is still being worked on. Ultimately, you will have two feedback scores: one for the shops and one for the auctions

Thank you for your quick response Arco. It may be the intention, but personally I think it is a great pity that the shop and auction feedbacks are now built up separately.

I still believe that a representation of all feedbacks provides a more reliable and clearer picture of a seller represents .... a sale is a sale. So be it.

But is it also the intention that the given auction feedback is not visible in the profile of the 2 buyers?

On the 'auction side' they have almost no info in their profiles: no avatar, no shop name, etc ... They also do not (yet) keep any facts, such as feedback given per user. It could therefore be that we will only show the feedbacks given from shop purchases in our user profiles. Is the most plausible yet.

We want to display as much information as possible on the catalog side. Anyone who also submits at the auction will therefore see two feedbacks. We can easily pick up the auction feedback score. In the shop feedback we cut out the auction sales. The 'auction side' has been on its own since November and they have yet to decide what to do with the shop feedbacks until November 2017. They are still there. That will be their own decision and I don't want to get involved.
