Who can help me find a stamp?

This is a Dutch stamp, inscription 'five cents to combat tuberculosis in the Netherlands 1961'. Image shows the 3 wise men following the star, each on a camel. Also on display: the typical cross of Lorraine in the top right corner.

See link https://drive.google.com/file/d / 1htBq5jDHb03b1phV8ItWA_Ztnifs6O4d / view? Usp = sharing

Have been searching the catalog and elsewhere online, but can't find it. Have a sheet with 18 MNH stamps left.

Who knows what to do?

Sorry if I do something wrong or ask a silly question, I'm new to this forum.

You are free to ask, you can not know everything.

It is a seal without postage value:

Thank you @Boekenmagazijn. However, it looked like a real stamp, with year, subject, etc.

I had to look up the word 'seal', I had never heard of it.
