Someone happens to have a link to the 60, 60b and 60c.

I can't tell the difference between these 3 stamps.

The year was given. Only one series was issued in 1893.

It is about the 25c blue (1/6/1983).

I have to agree with Sinbad a bit.

Part of the info is in the title, part of the message. Sinbad reads like me, especially the message. In your second e-mail you are again talking about 1983.

So it concerns the King Leopold II seal / stamps from 1893?

So the Yvert 60.

Your link will only display the base 60. It's the variations I need, especially the (Yvert) 60c.

I did not see the stamps you requested. A variant with number 60V 4802311. You will indeed need another connoisseur who can answer your question.

Die 60-V is another issue (from 1904) where base 60 dates from 1893 (to 1900).

The following exist of the Yvert 60 (1893):

60 25 c blue

60 a) milky blue

60 b) ultramarine

60 c) deep dark blue

If you don't have a reference it's hard to tell the difference between the ultramarine and the deep dark blue.

And in addition you have the 60-V (1904) with the difference that no loop can be seen on the top digit "5".
