What kind of stamps are these and under what heading can they be placed?

Especially the stamp at the bottom left with white background. Seal is transparent.

Dit zijn geen postzegels, maar een soort ''belastingzegels'' uit het Oostenrijk-Hongaarse keizerrijk, Als je vroeger in die gebieden een akte van alles en nogwat liet opmaken, een geboortebewijs, een passpoort, een grondeigendom papier ect ect deze werden op het betreffende document geplakt en meestal met een pennestreek of lokaal stempeltje ontwaard, de zogenaamde doorzichtige ''hoort'' niet doorzichtig te zijn met het afweken laat de perkamijnen bovenkant los (en wordt hij dus doorzichtig) is mij ook al een paar keer gebeurt, een niet doorzichtige zegel is tig malen meer waard, geen postzegel dus.
