What kind of stamps are these and under what heading can they be placed?

These are not stamps, but a kind of ''tax stamps'' from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, If you used to have a deed of anything and everything drawn up in those areas, a birth certificate, a passport, a land title paper ect ect these were on the document in question pasted and usually recognized with a stroke of the pen or local stamp, the so-called transparent ''should'' not be transparent with the deviation, the parchment top comes loose (and thus becomes transparent) has also happened to me a few times, a non-transparent stamp is worth ten times more, so no stamp.
