I archive all her stamps for my grandmother.

These are not really postage stamps, but a kind of commemorative stamps (just like you have commemorative coins in addition to real coins in many tourist attractions). There are probably also people who collect this, but much less than the stamp collectors. You will not find them in a stamp catalog. Value? Not much, I'm afraid.
