Hi, since a few days I have been busy entering the 'Yvert' numbers in the catalog 'The Netherlands' and at the same time inserting items into "my catalog". Since this afternoon, however, I am experiencing the following 2 problems: 1 - After selecting an item, the "Back" button on the right is missing (normally under "history" and I can no longer access the catalog directly. 2 - At the top right, "My Catawiki" disappears; Instead of this, "login" appears even though I am logged in. (Items are even added to "My catalog".) Please someone check this.

On PC (with int.explorer) same problems. Even if you click on an item to see in whose collection that item is ......... Catawiki is silent, just like with similar functions.

@Ted,

I work with google-chrome under Windows XP (one est under IE 8, however, gave the same problem).

However, it seems to me that the problem is currently solved is.

Update: I have now been able to work for over an hour and a half without any problems (9.30 am)

Beware!

Windows XP cause many problems nationwide. There are even sites of banks that no longer work on Windows XP.

You may need to install a new software Windows 8.1.

The security at XP is no longer supported by window, as of April 2014, updated.

So you need to take steps.

I also need new software.

My regards.

Micho

Micho, as long as you work with proper security, nothing can go wrong.

By the way, XP has been working fine for years now, so they don't cost me anytime soon !!! The problem for the banks is that many cash machines (here in Belgium) still work on XP, but they will certainly have a solid security system there as well.

Greetings, Guido

Postman

I had good security but it was blocked by XP.

That the banks in Belgium still work with XP, that says enough. Apparently they don't take security seriously. But when fraud is committed, they place the problem with the customer.

Just put the problem on another sign. But the banks are doing that more and more nowadays.

Mg.

Micho

Micho, if you use Microsoft as your operating system then you don't take security seriously anyway.

Hi everyone,

There was an error in the system since 2pm this afternoon that prevented editing or creating stamp items from working properly.

Sorry for the inconvenience! This should now be resolved.

NB @raoulamelinckx: this error was not there yet on Sunday; are you still having problems?

Sinbad

I cannot comment on the security of windows system.

I leave that to professionals.

My security was performed by a provider. Unfortunately, this software could no longer communicate with XP software.

XP is also going out and is no longer supported by windows (April 2014).

But my bank also failed because it also got stuck on xp windows.

Glad I have multiple PC and I was able to swerve easily.

I only want to pass this on to people who still work with xp windows.

Best regards.

Micho

Information about xp

What does ending support for Windows XP mean?

After 12 years, Microsoft's support for Windows XP is coming to an end. Working with our hardware and software partners, we now want to focus on supporting newer technologies so we can continue to offer new experiences.

Therefore, on April 8, 2014, we will discontinue technical support for Windows XP and automatic security updates. From that date, Microsoft will also stop making Microsoft Security Essentials available for Windows XP. If you already have Microsoft Security Essentials installed, you will continue to receive anti-malware signature updates for some time. This does not mean that your PC is protected because Microsoft no longer provides security updates for your PC.

If you continue to use Windows XP after support ends, your PC will continue to work, but you may be more vulnerable to viruses and other security threats. You will also notice that more and more apps and devices are experiencing compatibility issues with Windows XP as software and hardware manufacturers focus on newer Windows versions.

At your service

Micho

Then he started working on February 13, because in his email of February 12, he says:

I leave that to professional people

Two problems with the site, namely:

1) In my shop there is 1 item for stamps, namely a combination of stamps from Poland. I want to remove this combination but this is not possible, then I get an error. The stamps in the combination have probably been removed from the catalog.

2) My shopping trolleys have several shops, but also my own shop. Strange but true. Of course I do not want to order anything from myself, but I also cannot delete the shopping cart. Don't know how that got here.

Who o Who has a solution. Thanks in advance for the help.
