Two days ago I filled in the button Add item catalog and everything plus image. But now I do not return it to the catalog! how is that possible?

That it is duplication could just be ...

if I look up the stamp in the catalog at Yugoslavia, Red Cross then I do not see the stamp there (still not) and that is the reason I wanted to add it ..

That's because of that utterly hopeless Stamp Filter. (See green bar at the top of search results.)
