Het gaat om de 5 P Zwart uit 1858 op dun vloei papier. Kwaliteit is goed maar een (foto) certificaat bij deze zegel is een must. Maar waar.....

Voor Oostbloklanden wat ik niet spaar is het moeilijk om in het buitenland een keuringsdienst te vinden. Het liefst laat ik altijd een zegel keuren in het land van herkomst. Aangezien ik zelf Frankrijk spaar stuur ik deze meestal naar Roumet of Calves. bij die laatste is de vader overleden maar zijn twee zonen hebben het overgenomen en die doen het goed naar wat ik heb gehoord.
Bij Zwitserland Marchant in Geneve etc maar goed ik heb gebeld met het secretariaat van de KNBF en dat was geen enkel probleem dus aangetekend verzonden en nu twee maandjes wachten.
Ook gelijk de nummer 1 van Servië meegezonden aangezien er een groot verschil in waarde is tussen dun en dik papier. Er was een keuringstempel aanwezig maar ik kan echt niet uitmaken of het dun of dik is.
Ik heb ergens anders op het forum een discussie gelezen maar dan is het voor mij nog niet helder.
