Stamps/Postage stamp Netherlands 11 cents at 22 1/23 messages

Hallo, ik heb 2 portzegels uit de serie Frankeerzegels der uitgiften 1899-1913 en 1899-1921overdrukt in zwart.

Echter die ik heb komt niet in de catalogus voor !

Het is 11 cnt op 22 1/2 (22 half) de zegel is bruin met olijfgroen ( serie koningin Wilhelmina met bontkraag) zwarte opdruk bovenaan "te betalen",in het midden zwarte cirkel "11 cnt" en onderaan "port"

Wie kan mij hier meer over vertellen !

Hello, I have 2 postage stamps from the series Postage stamps of issues 1899-1913 and 1899-1921 overprinted in black.

However, the one I have is not in the catalog!

It is 11 cents on 22 1/2 (22 half) the stamp is brown with olive green (series Queen Wilhelmina with fur collar) black print at the top "to be paid", in the middle black circle "11 cents" and at the bottom "postage"

Who can tell me more about this!
