If I import comic weekly magazines, is that a first edition? Or just leave it open?

If the comics in the weekly are in color but other illustrations are not, is this weekly colored or partially colored?

A café-goer who knows?

Yes, magazines are 99.999999999% 1st edition.

If a full-color sheet also contains black and white illustrations, it remains a full-color sheet. There are often also white edges around the so-called page area ... 'Partially colored' means that one or more sections have been deliberately printed in just one printing pass and one or more other sections in color.

An exception may be a magazine where one side of the pages is in color and the other is not. In the past it was sometimes done to save money. You should actually call it "Partly colored". does anyone know of any other exceptions?

We call a black and white magazine with a color cover 'Uncoloured'. So it's all about the inside.
