The stamp says "Timbre fiscal consular"

The print reads "Sobre Tasa Postal 0.05" with a currency sign that is not reproducible for me."

Does this belong in the stamp section or with the tax stamps?

ApiSta : It is a consular seal. A stamp applied to show that you have paid the price for a service provided by the consulate (e.g. issuing a passport). Perhaps the imprint indicates that an extra 0.05 had to be paid on top of the normal rate, but that is just a suspicion. If anyone has more info...

The consular stamps are indeed among the tax stamps, where they are a separate type:

Thank you for the information, I now understand that there is no room for this stamp among the stamps :-)

I had already looked at tax stamps under Nicaragua, but they were indeed not among them.
Tomorrow I will add them, but now I won't be able to do that anymore.
