Kan iemand me uitleggen waarom er (o.a.) bij de uitgifte 1923 Koningin Wilhelmina - Regeringsjubileum (Suriname) zegels staan met een gekleurde rand rond de afbeelding?
Voor zover ik kan zien gaat het om de Tandingvariëteiten van die reeks en zijn de scans toegevoegd door Collect-A-ROM. Voor de plaatjes zijn echter de exacte scans gebruikt van de zegels met de reguliere tanding (alleen dus met toegevoegde rand).

As far as I can see, it concerns the Perforation varieties of that series and the scans were added by Collect-A-ROM. However, the exact scans of the stamps with the regular perforation (only with an added edge) were used for the images.

Je geeft het antwoord zelf al aan. De op deze manier gekenmerkte afbeeldingen betekenen dat de C-A-R de zegel heeft toegevoegd (qua beschrijving), niet de juiste zegel in bezit had en dus de afbeelding van de andere variëteit gebruikt heeft. Ik markeer ze met verkeerde afbeelding als ik ze tegenkom. (o.a. bij Indonesië).
You already gave the answer yourself. The images marked in this way mean that the CAR added the stamp (in terms of description), did not have the correct stamp and therefore used the image of the other variety. I mark them with wrong image when I come across them. (including Indonesia).
