Recent een shop geopend op LD. Niet gerealiseerd dat ik hier al een shop had.  Ik kan er nu niks doen. Iemand ideeen?

Recently opened a shop on LD. I didn't realize I already had a shop here. I can't do anything there now. Anyone have ideas?

We hebben je vandaag al terug gemaild naar aanleiding van je vraag hierover aan ons via het contactformulier. Misschien nog niet gezien? Als je de inlog gegevens van die eerdere shop hebt dan kun je gewoon inloggen. Zo niet, dan kun je ons weer contacten en kunnen we kijken naar een oplossing.

Had de email idd gemist. Ik maak daar gebruik van een oud emailadres. Kan dus op dit moment niet inloggen. Heb nu dus 2 shops. Op de nieuwe heb ik een vip abonnement. Kan dat worden omgezet naar mijn oude shop? Dan sluit ik daarna de nieuwe shop.

I must have missed the email. I use an old email address there. So I can't log in at the moment. So now I have 2 shops. I have a VIP subscription to the new one. Can that be converted to my old shop? Then I close the new shop afterwards.
