Stamps/fdc4 messages

wanneer is een fdc postfris? zij zijn toch altijd gestempeld? zij worden in de shops wel postfris aangeboden.

when is an fdc mint mint? Aren't they always stamped? they are offered MNH in the shops.

als er een adres op de FDC staat, en dus verstuurd is, krijgt deze FDC de conditie gestempeld. Zonder adres, dus niet verstuurd, is postfris. Zo zijn de regels van LD.

If there is an address on the FDC and has therefore been sent, this FDC will be stamped with the condition. Without address, so not shipped, it is MNH. Such are the rules of LD.
